Dr. Hossein Joukar, MD, is a board certified Emergency Medicine physician with over 15 years of experience and is the Medical Director and CEO of RiteCare Medical Centers in Miami where he strives to offer his patients personal, prompt, affordable health care. Dr. Joukar is a member of the American Board of Emergency Medicine and the American Board of Independent Medical Practioners. 

Dr. Joukar is committed to ensuring that all patients receive exceptional care in a manner that exceeds his patient’s expectations. Currently Dr. Joukar is licensed to practice Medicine in Florida, New York, and California.

Substance Abuse Specialist from UCLA Medical School

Dr. Julio Meza is a Family Medicine and Addiction Medicine Specialist at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA also certified by UC Irvine/Davis in  Psychiatry in Primary Care. Dr. Meza was born and raised in El Salvador. He graduated Cum Laude from Universidad Evangelica de El Salvador. After graduating from medical school, he was accepted into a surgical residency and completed an internship at the Hospital Militar Central in El Salvador. He left El Salvador to pursue his dream of becoming a U.S. licensed family physician; during his training in primary care saw first hand the need of patients with diagnoses of Substance Use Disorders and decided to pursue a specialty is Addiction Medicine which he completed at UCLA.

He also has worked with a Community Clinic in Downtown Los Angeles as Medical director for their Substance Use Department. He participated in ASAM COVID19 task force to provide recommendations for management of Substance Use Disorders for Hospital Inpatient Services during the 2020 COVID19 pandemic.  

Dr. Meza enjoys working with patients from all backgrounds and provides non judgemental compassionate care.

Peter R. Getoff has is a mental health and substance abuse prevention & treatment specialist with 30+ years of experience. 

In his professional career he has been involved in management of all aspects of multi-ethnic residential treatment programs for adults with substance abuse disorders and chronic mental illnesses. He worked for numerous institutions and private clinics where his extensive responsibilities included:

• daily operations of mental health clinics
• recovery program development
• personnel training/supervision
• budget development and oversight
